Resins

LDPE (Low-Density-Polyethylene) is the standard resin. The flexibility and durability make it an excellent choice for non-volatile products.
MDPE (High-Density-Polyethylene/ Low-Density-Polyethylene Blend) is available for products that require enhanced barrier protection. This unique blend of resins maintains flexibility, yet delivers improved barrier performance.

Custom

With additional machinery tooling, we can manufacture single-use containers in a number of customer-specified sizes, resin types, colors, and shapes.

Labeling

InkJet Printing:

Ideal low-cost method for lot-coding, product identification, and expiration dates.
Small character ink-jet
3 lines maximum: .2ml: 8 characters, .5ml: 11 characters, 1ml: 14 characters, 2ml: 18 characters, 4ml: 24 characters, 8ml: 26 characters.

Pressure Sensitive Labels:

For added marketing impact or information, we can apply a full-wrap label in opaque or transparent substrates. We utilize a special combination of flexible substrates and high-tack permanent adhesives to ensure the labels are cosmetically appealing and durable.

Substrate: acrylic, opaque or natural
Adhesive: high-tack, permanent
Color: 1 to 5 color
Application method: machine applied, full-wrap with overlap
