Resins

• LDPE (Low-Density-Polyethylene):  The flexibility and durability make it an excellent choice for non-volatile products.

• HDPE (High-Density-Polyethylene): Excellent balance of stiffness and environmental stress crack resistance.

• Polypropylene: High contact clarity, non-blushing, toughness, impact, chemical, solvent and stress crack resistant.
  Auto-clave stability and low extractability. 

Custom

In addition to our standard, small volume unit-dose blow-fill-seal vials, with added tooling our machines are capable of fill levels up to 200 ml. With additional tooling, we can manufacture single-use containers in a number of customer-specified sizes, resin types, colors, and shapes.

Marking

Each vial can be coded to provide specific product information such as lot number and expiration date.
