Unicep Packaging, Inc. is located in the city of Sandpoint in the northern panhandle of Idaho, roughly 60 miles south of Canada. Our 64,000-square-foot facility is in the Sandpoint Industrial Park, adjacent to the Sandpoint, Airport and the local UPS Depot. Due to our proximity to the airport, our rural location presents no hindrance to operating a manufacturing business. Commercial air travel is via neighboring Spokane International Airport a little more than an hour’s drive from Sandpoint.

Sandpoint benefits from a double dose of natural beauty with panoramic lake and mountain scenery on all sides. Sandpoint is nestled on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille (pronounced pon-doh-ray’), a pristine 43-mile long natural lake. The lake’s crystal-clear 1200-foot-deep waters are home to world record rainbow trout as well as a US Navy research submarine, the S.S.Cutthroat, which operates out of the Navy’s Acoustic Research Station. Equally impressive is the city’s backdrop of Schweitzer Mountain Resort, some 11 miles from downtown Sandpoint. Boasting 2,500 acres with 59 named runs and 2,400 feet of vertical plus state-of-the-art high-speed lifts, Schweitzer is the region’s premier ski resort.
