Unicep Packaging manufactures fluoride and nonfluoride toothpaste formulas, whitening toothpastes, and carbamide or hydrogen peroxide whitening gels. Our facility is FDA registered for drugs and devices, and our equipment is top of the line. We offer customized turnkey manufacturing solutions for your unique requirements.

Pilot Batches
We can transfer your formula, mix pilot batches for stability, taste,
color, texture, and viscosity, then provide scale-up production
runs in a variety of tube types and styles.

Turnkey Manufacturing
We can fill plastic, laminate, or metal tubes in a variety of sizes,
head styles, and closure types. Our high-quality, OTC validated 
Norden machines can also create special seal shapes. We will
source ingredients, tubes, secondary packaging, mix, fill, label,
and carton the tubes for final packout. Short runs or long runs – no problem!

State of the Art Facility
Unicep Packaging occupies a modern FDA registered
64,000 square foot plant. We use pharmaceutical grade
mixing equipment and high-quality Norden tube filling machines
to manufacture your toothpaste and gels. Unicep has an in-house
QC/QA laboratory, USP water system, automated cartoning
machinery, and temperature controlled warehouse. Our quality
system is ISO9001:2000 certified and conforms to EN46002, 1996.

Emergency Care
Need tubes filled in a hurry? We can help. We carry a variety of
unprinted, stock tubes. Provide us with your art work, and we can
apply labels and send your product on the way – ready for that
trade show, focus group, or other time sensitive project.

Tooth Whitening Gel
Our expertise in manufacturing tooth-whitening gels dates from 1991, with one of the first carbamide peroxide dental whitening products in the professional market. Currently, we supply private label tooth whitening gel to a number of companies that market to both the professional and the consumer market.

Carbamide peroxide gels – These formulas are designed for at-home use.

• Choose 11% to 21%.
• Glycol based formulas for minimal thermal hypersensitivity.
• Unflavored and mint are standard options.
• We can also formulate to your specifications for concentration and flavor.
• Packaging options include MicroDose® unit-dose vials, tubes, syringes, or your supplied components.

Hydrogen Peroxide – Aqueous solutions for in-office application.

Whitening Toothpaste
Both peroxide and non-peroxide formulations are available for private label. We can supply bulk toothpaste or filled tubes.

Dental Materials
We can formulate, mix, and package dental materials such as etching gel, adhesives, sealants, disinfecting solutions, irrigants, hemostatic solutions, endodontic gels, and others. Supply us with your formula and we can batch your materials and package in MicroDose® unit-dose vials or syringes.
