Versatile Packaging with Multiple Options
The VersaPak™ line of unit-dose plastic Form, Fill, and Seal containers is a cost-effective solution for packaging liquids, gels, lotions, creams and semi-solids. With VersaPak™, versatility is the key: complete choice of film types, hundreds of product applications, a wide range of design options, unlimited decorating choices, and dozens of unit sizes.

The VersaPak™ thermoforming process uses a full range of multi-layer, high barrier films. Film choices include but are not limited to PVC/PE, PVC/PVDC/PE, PET/PE, PS/PE, and PS/EVOH/PE. VersaPak™ is suitable for hundreds of product applications in all industries. Typical drug applications include liquids, syrups, creams, gels, lotions, and veterinary products. For cosmetic and personal care packaging, VersaPak™ can be used for both retail and sampling presentations of shampoos, bath foam, creams, oils, oral care products, fragrances, hair dyes, and soaps.

Unlimited Decorating Choices
By using high clarity films, up to six-color printing, and the choice of custom color films, decorating options are nearly unlimited. We can also apply preprinted labels to non-printed stock.

Scaleable Fill Levels
Sizes range from 3 to 200 milliliters with any fill level available within that range. Standard sizes are 7.5 ml, 15 ml, 30 ml, 60 ml.
