Unicep Packaging, Inc. can manufacture your product from start to finish, including final pack-out. We have five assembly bays and can package your MicroDose® and Twist-Tip® unit-dose vials, syringes, tubes or other components. We can also recommend or obtain finished packaging materials such as folding cartons, rigid plastic cases, vacuum formed trays, foam inserts, etc.

We have added a high speed vertical cartoner with capacity of 200 cartons per minute to our array of secondary packaging equipment.  Cartoning capabilities include:

• 50-80 cartons/min. typical
• Up to 200 cartons per minute optional
• Up to 8.5” box length,  3” width, 9” depth
• 2” minimum box length
• Optional 0.5” minimum box length with added tooling
• Glue or “aeroplane” tuck carton closing
• Deboss for lot codes
• Barcode readers for carton and literature inserts
• Auto-insert feature for literature
